Payment and Delivery
What methods of payment do you currently accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Cash payment upon delivery “Temporarily inactive“
- Bank transfer / Card-to-card payment
Notes:
- For bank transfer or card-to-card payments, our bank details will be provided after you place your order. Please send us the payment receipt to confirm your order.
- We do not currently accept PayPal or digital banking apps such as Revolut or Monzo.
When will my payment be processed?
- Cash: Payment is made upon delivery. “Temporarily inactive“
- Bank transfer / Card-to-card: Your order will be confirmed and processed once we receive your payment receipt and verify the transfer.
What currency do you charge in?
- All payments are processed in Georgian Lari (GEL) for orders within Georgia.
- If your card or bank account uses another currency, your bank will automatically convert the payment at the current exchange rate. Any international or conversion fees are charged by your bank, not by us.
- Prices and delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery location and will be shown during checkout.
Delivery Information

Tbilisi:
- Delivery is handled by local couriers within the city.
- Estimated delivery time: same day or the next working day, depending on order time and item availability.
- Delivery fee: depends on the delivery zone in Tbilisi and will be confirmed at checkout.

Other regions in Georgia (outside Tbilisi):
- Deliveries are made through domestic shipping companies (Delivo)
- Estimated delivery time: usually 3–5 business days, depending on destination and courier service.
- Delivery fee: according to the rates of the selected shipping company.
Note:
You will receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please make sure to provide accurate delivery details, including the recipient’s full name, phone number, and complete address (postal code if applicable).
Why have you charged me more than the total?
We only charge the amount shown during checkout. However:
- If you are paying from a foreign account or in a currency other than GEL, your bank might apply exchange rate adjustments or international transaction fees.
- Some prepaid or digital cards may apply temporary authorization holds, which usually clear within a few days.
If you believe you were charged more than the confirmed total (excluding bank fees or exchange differences), please contact us with your order number and proof of payment, and we will be happy to assist.
How to pay via bank transfer / card-to-card
- Place your order and receive the total amount and our banking details.
- Make the transfer and send the payment receipt (screenshot or transaction code).
- After confirmation, your order will proceed to delivery.
